Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using any VE Solar mobile application or website (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

VE Solar ("we", "us", "our") is a solar-energy products and services platform operating in India. The Services connect end customers, salesmen, and authorised service points within the VE Solar network.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services.

• Customers create their own accounts using a mobile number and password.
• Salesmen and Service Points are onboarded through an approval flow administered by VE Solar HQ or by their designated channel partner.
• Each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for keeping their credentials secure.

Salesman and Service Point accounts are subject to approval and may be suspended or terminated at any time for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Customer accounts may be deactivated at the customer's request via the in-app "Delete my account" action.

You may not share, lend, or sell your account credentials. We are not responsible for any activity on your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

Product prices, service prices, specifications, and stock levels displayed in the customer app are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after order confirmation, if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount already collected will be refunded by the original payment method.

Solar installations are subject to a separate written agreement between the customer and VE Solar, including but not limited to site survey, technical feasibility, and acceptance of the project quotation. Subsidies (including PM Surya Ghar Yojana) are subject to eligibility as determined by the Government of India, not by VE Solar.

• Product orders placed in the customer app are accepted on a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis unless otherwise specified.
• Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Failed deliveries may incur reattempt charges or order cancellation.
• Free returns are available within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging, subject to inspection. Custom-installed items and consumed services are non-returnable.
• Service requests are billed at the price displayed at the time of booking. Final billing for solar installations follows the signed project quotation.

Salesmen and Service Points earn commissions based on installed solar capacity originating from their pipeline, in accordance with the rates set by their channel partner or by VE Solar HQ. Service Points additionally earn a fixed share of service-job revenue assigned to them. The exact rates, tier thresholds, and payout schedules are visible within the Earnings section of the respective app and may be revised prospectively with reasonable prior notice.

Earnings are credited to an in-app wallet and disbursed via UPI or bank transfer upon a successful withdrawal request, subject to VE Solar's review and applicable tax deductions at source.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent customer information, KYC documents, or installation evidence.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services or to other users' accounts.
• Use the Services to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any other user or third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any VE Solar application.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Services without our express written consent.

All content within the Services — including software, designs, brand marks, photographs, videos, copywriting, and database structures — is owned by VE Solar or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VE Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VE Solar in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure operation, although we take reasonable measures to provide a reliable service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
